Our Policies
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Cash.
Reservations will only be made with a valid credit card.
We do not permit Smoking in any of our rooms. If the room has any evidence of
smoking a $100.00 charge will be made to your credit card.
Cancelation Policy
We do have a cancelation policy of 24 hours. You will not be charged for your reservation if cancelled 24 hours prior to your reservation. If cancelation is made within 24 hours of the reservation we will charge your credit card if we are unable to book the room.Pet Policy
The Poncha Lodge does allow guests to bring their pets. We do have a $10.00 charge per room for pets. 20% of the pet charge is donated to the local pet hospital. The remainder of the charge is to cover extra cleaning expenses.Not all rooms are available for pets. Mention pets upon reservation.
Pet Rules
The maximum # of pets is 2.
Dogs must never be left in room unattended. $50.00 will be charged to your credit card
No exceptions.
Pets must be on leash when outside.
